I ask my mentor, “ I am in a constant fight with myself over making more money or spending time with my wife & kids”.
He says, “There is always time to build a new house or buy a new car. But when your son or daughter grow up, they will never be young again. That time is lost forever”.
There will be a time. When you won’t be able to pick up your son or daughter. Heck, there will be a time when they won’t call you. You will have to fish them out.
Enjoy your limited time of importance. It will not last forever.
Oops! Makes sense. Time is what we all don’t have enough of. It’s ticking on all of us.
