It’s 8:18 am on the 6th of May 2023. I decide to go for a 40-minute run after eating 2 pieces of banana.
I am 30 minutes into the run. I am experiencing partial loss of vision. I can’t see my trainers. I can’t see the floor. I am having a migraine aura. I need to go and lie down. I stop running and head towards my bedroom. I take a nap for about 2 hours.
When I wake up, I am slightly nauseous. But there is no vomiting. I get a slight headache and take some paracetamol.
My only regret is I missed the coronation of Prince Charles as the King of England.
What could have caused this?
Not eating enough before a run will be my guess
