Rocks and Regrets: Navigating the Maze of High School Geography

I am sitting in the second row of seats listening to a Geography class. Today’s subject is Metamorphic Rocks. This is our 5th Lesson on types of rocks. My Geography teacher is an enthusiastic guy. He tells us stories between lessons. He is one of my favorite teachers.

As I sit here and write this, I can’t remember anything from that class. I wonder what was the point of those lessons for 3 years of my life in senior secondary school.

To make matters worse, Geography was divided into 3 subjects with each having a 2 hour examination paper.

What the heck?

I wrote mathematics exams in 2 hours. I use Mathematics every day.

I wrote my Geography exams in 6 hours. I don’t know when I am going to use it.
