Squats and Screen: Navigating the Fine Line Between Tech Addiction and Healthy Habits

My daughter is mostly sedentary. Her favorite hobby is – you guessed it – watching TikTok.

Daddy and daughter talk every day. I explain to her. You have to do some exercise.

I can’t get through to her. TikTok is just too addictive.

I decide to take the addiction away. I delete the App. Now she can hear me. I set a time limit on it. I add an exercise component to it as well.

It’s 20 squats then TikTok on.
